After delivering product/service, if you are not fully satisfied with our product/serivce, you can apply for refund.

How to Submit Refund Request
All refund requests must be made in writing. Requests must include product/service details and complete information of client. Refund request must include the detailed objection in product or service and sent at our email address i.e. info@cretechsol.com via your registered email address.

Request will be reviewed by our team and after evaluating the objection, it will be determined that what refund or credit shall be due. All refunds are to be made within 30 days after receiving notice for refund in writing from the client.
