Delivery Time Frame
Clients are required to provide their requirements and specifications in writing to the CreTech. Professional of CreTech will study and assess the requirements and will get back to client in writing with the delivery time frame of product. If client and CreTech mutually agreed on the given time frame, CreTech will be responsible to deliver the product within the given time frame.

Support
CreTech will ensure the timely delivery of product meeting all the requirements provided by the client. CreTech will be responsible to provide 1 month support to the client after delivery of product to ensure that product has been delivered according to client's requirement and client is 100% satisfied with the product.
